Be sure the suppositories have been refrigerated for optimal effectiveness and ease of use.

Assume a comfortable position. This could be lying down, you could elevate your hips, or squat. Whatever is most comfortable for you.

Gently insert the suppository. Insert the suppository into your vagina using your finger or an applicator.

Use a liner. As our all-natural suppositories dissolve, it's normal to experience some discharge. We recommend using a panty liner to ensure comfort.

Relax and wait. After inserting the suppository, remain lying down for a few minutes to allow it to dissolve. This will ensure effective results.

Time of Application. We recommend using the suppositories at bedtime for optimal absorption
