Gently insert the suppository. Insert the suppository into your vagina using your finger or an applicator.
Use a liner. As our all-natural suppositories dissolve, it's normal to experience some discharge. We recommend using a panty liner to ensure comfort.
Relax and wait. After inserting the suppository, remain lying down for a few minutes to allow it to dissolve. This will ensure effective results.
